REFUND POLICY

HERE'S WHAT WE CAN PROMISE YOU:

You will absolutely LOVE your Next-Level Artwork. Seriously, why wouldn't you? A T-rex eating a cheeseburger? An astronaut from another dimension traveling through a time portral? What's NOT to love there?

What you see is what you get on our website. All of our product images accurately reflect exactly what your artwork is going to look like. None of this nonsense where it looks like one thing in the product photos, but looks totally different when you see it in-person. What it looks like in the photos is what it will look like on your walls.


WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES, ACCIDENTS HAPPEN:

Unfortunately we can't be there every step of the journey to personally chaperone our artwork while it's in transit to you. Although it is incredibly rare for this to happen, sometimes during shipping, our artwork does somehow get damaged. While other companies might try to downplay this or ignore it on their website, the simple fact of the matter is that ANY company that ships products to customers will occasionally experience packaging & product damage during transit. It's rare, but it happens—and we're not going to pretend like it doesn't.

Because we accept this unfortunate reality about the world that we live in, we guarantee to all of our customers that if your artwork arrives damaged in any way, if you get in contact with us & send us a photo of the damage (to help us determine if/how we can prevent such damage going forward), we will send out a replacement to you at no additional cost. We want your home to be decorated with our Next-Level Artwork, so a policy like this, to us, is a no brainer.


WHAT IF YOU JUST DON'T LIKE THE ARTWORK?

We're really not trying to brag here, but honestly, this complaint NEVER happens. Because what you see is what you get on our website, you know exactly what your artwork will look like when you buy it on our website. And because our artwork simply kicks ass, people are always happy when they get it!

With that said, if for whatever reason you do end up deciding that you don't like your artwork, we don't want you to be stuck paying for something that you're not happy with. So just get in touch with us within 12 months of your purchase, let us know you're not happy with your poster or canvas art, and we will provide you with a full, prompt & courteous refund.

Not only will we issue a full refund to dissatisfied customers, but we will also provide a $10 store credit to apply towards your next purchase with us. This is partially to compensate you for the inconvenience you've experienced, and also to show you that we believe in our products enough to try to earn back your business if you're willing to give us another shot.

Simply but, we want your purchases with us to be as risk-free and stress-free as possible, so that's why we've chosen to implement such an expansive refund policy.
